I love them both-I do come off as a "tri-tip steak" guy though in this video-don't I! I'll do a roast one shortly

ok i will try as i am a tri tip veteran....another marinade is chakas mmm sauce...here in norcal tri tip is bbq!...i question using a charbroil bbq grill as i am a weber user....what the hell ....its spring honey lite the bbq ,......its tri tip time! very basic but informative good job
