I doubted months earlier that this wouldn't be possible to push all the frames rendered by the A5's GPU in realtime as it would be insane for the videobuffer. Yet it still manages to render 3D games, capture each frame and reencode it to a 720p video stream for AppleTV to play in realtime.
This is still in beta build of iOS5 running iPad2. Hopefully they implement some sort of QoS to resort the video buffer issue.

@DjkBal I see that, but there should be no lines. Think about it, he's playing 16:9 HD content on a standard 4:3 screen. If any part of the screen should be cropped it ought be the top and bottom

@Reppa57 I don't know man, find me a dual-core tablet capable of rendering 3D graphics and at the same time compressing every video frame and wirelessly streaming at 3-8Mbit/s all in realtime.
Something OnLive service perhaps? But thats not tablet and the compression scheme is done by thousands of computers while maintaining below 150ms of input-to-display latency.
