2001 Lincoln Ls problem sound?

At 47 to 48 seconds you can really hear it and perhaps on full HD the audio might improve slightly. Sounds minor but its not when your in the car.. its like a "purring" vibration that lasts like 1 to 2 seconds and does it like 10 times or so within a minute.. vibration is not "as" noticeable when car is in park, but when im at the drive thru having it in drive and brake applied this is how it sounds like..i just wanted some input on to what to ask the mechanic right up front or any ideas.. because they are quick to assume its this and that, pay up and then the problem persists with my luck with cars. :( Maintenance updated always, never used mods on the engine, just stock.. unless the sound system counts which was installed at best buy .. battery replaced only since i had this car and coils and wiring and spark plugs.
