@omageehum If your lower 3 are blocked you will be ungrounded, untrusting, greedy, self-absorbed, insecure, fearful etc. Sexual dysfunction is also a lower chakra issue. It is absolutely appropriate to work on opening and healing ALL chakras, each chakra's vibration is necessary. There is no "danger" in lower chakra work!! Ok so I kept my eyes open the whole time. When I did close my eyes, I saw a dark shadow in the form of the "devil" and it scared the hell out of me. Anyone else get something similar? :/
