Homemade Airplane

Well, meet Feasible 1, my registered airplane that I built in the summer of 2008. I designed and constructed this plane on an idea, with the thought that anything is feasible if I put my mind to it. Assisted by the honorable John, with fleeting guidance from Daniel, this bird might never fly, but it is an airplane! Enjoy.

Looks a bit light to me, I suggest covering her with some 3/4inch MDF followed with a few layers of fiberglass.

Here are some things that might help. #1. Try to take a bit of wood off. Like get a saw and round off each peace. that could drop up to 100 lbs. #2. The fact of it looking so heavy you are going to need a wider wingspan. #3. Put the fuel tank in the back to try and counterbalance the weight of the engine. happy flights
