Interesting, I got a completely different interpretation. I feel it is about this girl, who wants to find love, but keeps missing. Keeps rolling the dice, trying again, and finally finds love at the end through the guy, and is finally seeing the color because she is finally loved.

Here's my interpretation. It's about a girl who is having a mental breakdown, because she's trying to live up to everyone's expectations and trying to make them happy, but it ends up hurting her in the process. So, this rolling is a circle of making everyone happy to the point that she loses her self-respect, and then she loses in the end since making everyone happy is an impossible task.

The people who bully are usually people who had a rough life growing up. So in order to make up for the depression from growing up, they choose to bully other people to make them "feel happier and feel good about themselves." I'm personally the stupid one myself, so I would often talk about their families if they reach a certain point of my dark emotions. Good thing I have teachers around when I do, so they can see what happens after the bullies get provoked.

Since everyone is talking about red-heads, I'm going to join in the chat and say something:

But you guys are saying that you get bullied for it, at my school. Bullying Gingers / Redheads / etc. is pretty rare. At my school, we have at LEAST 4 gingers (including me)

But I hope you guys don't get bullied for your hair colour. :(
