MUGEN: CangLongMinus (BlazeMinus) vs Shadow Dio

Blaze was my favorite character in Streets of Rage and I was glad when I found CangLong, which did her justice as a mugen character. Problem was, she did her TOO much justice and completely unbalanced my team. So, I decided to balance her. I ended up removing all "NotHitBy" states except for those in 116 and 117 (the dodge and rolls) and redid all of her hitboxes (Fighter Factory helped a great deal). Considering this is a massive nerf and the original author probably would not like that very much, I'll probably never be able to release this, but I've already said what I did to balance it, so you can make it yourself if you want (Fighter Factory will help a great deal).

Not bad, not bad at all. I'm in the process of working on the original moon beach stage, from the first SoR. Aside the stages that I've already converted from the remake,over to mugen.

You have good potential, and i like to see that potential flourish. Keep up the good work.
