what type paint do u use when ever i paint my own stuff i use the $80-$100 a gallon stuff from ppg and havn't had any problems with it but i allways get the it won't stay on long comments from people but it don't matter to me since i aint a proffessional but i still have a truck i painted 6 years ago and it still looks like it was just painted but i can see putting $600 a gallon paint on a car like that when u put a lot of time in it. just not on a daily driver truck like i did. Oh beautiful car

you must have used ppg shopline or omni brand paint. If applied right, they are fine to use, the only problem with them is that it goes on very thin, and you have to put more paint on, with the DBC, it's more expensive, because it has more solids in it, and it goes farther when using. Also the pigments are heaveir, with will give you a deeper longer lasting finish.. Don't mean to sound like a commercial........Pete
