Was sand being sprayed at the traction wheels. Giving better adhesion and preventing wheel slip.

I hear something evil sounding starting at :26 starts off "well ok" then "will hatch tonight" and starting :28 "my dearest of engines" then a bunch of laughter. I used the matrix surround function on my Logitech 5.1"s. I couldn't quite hear in 2.0??
