if u havent already u should get matte topcoat, it looks so cool over sparklyish polishes, and it does give a frosted look

My Favorite Winter Nail Polish Combination Is Age Of Aquarius From Color Club, And Then On Top I Put Art You Wondering? From Finger Paints. Its Really Pretty, And I Think I Like It For Winter Is Because Its A Aqua Blue (my favorite color) And I Think The Sparkles Remind Me Of Sprinkles!! :) You Should Try It Some Time!! :D
