I've been practicing this piece since I received my new digital piano (1 week ago), so please don't judge me too hard.

You are hearing the "Mellow Grand" sound without personal modifications :)

  • You've misread the 5th chord in the opening. If you can't hear it, try listening to some other recordings.

  • You' ve good ears :) I know that the 3rd note of the 5th chord should be a half-tone higher and there are also some other things that aren't on par with the original piano piece by Chopin. I currently play it differently. But nonetheless, thank you, I appreciate it :)

  • How do you feel the action of this piano? Is it enough heavy for the classical tecnical studies or it's too light? thanks you very much !

  • @Synthy78

The action of the piano is really great, I'd say that the keys come up very close to the claviature of an ancoustic piano. But...only if you are using the adequate touch level. Among all the selectable touch levels (off, light +, light, normal, heavy, heavy+) the heavy one is at least for me the best to have perfect control of pp's and ff's, as to modern as well as classical music.

  • wonderfull!, and great sound!!

  • A very enjoyable performance. Very musical, especially the jump to the top octave. Could just as easily have been used for the soundtrack in The Peacemaker as the one they used :)
