Drop D, stick around d# major. The verse is D#, D, G# (X2) Cm, G# (Chorus) low D#, G#, A#, Cm, G# (X2) play around with that to get the whole song it's really not complicated at all.

Acoustically, tune it to open G then capo on the first fret and play the same basically.
