I think the chairman moderator was not on equal ground because he says around 2:37:18 mark, do you (Dr Morey) have anything ADDITIONAL to respond? Additional meaning an extra response, on top of the first response. And if he claims that he thought a question was asked a question was asked to Jamal Badwi first, then why would he ask Dr Morey to make a SECOND responce? And limit him to a minute. This shows he was aware of the situation and gave Dr Morey extra response out of bias.
