@CreedChrist Really hard to use Superdrol and be at BF percentages like this because you have to have really high carbohydrate intake on Superdrol - it causes significant bloating. This guy is clearly not that. Superdrol also causes significant cramping, so unless this guy is naturally at such low percentages (which is exceedingly rare), it is impossible to do cardio.

@handstoo what a bout things like superdrol? I've seen people get like this without steroids but usually do a prohormone cycle like 1AD

@CreedChrist Those spider veins on his arms and legs are vascularity that simply doesn't occur without growth supplementation. And you can't stay as lean as he is for very long while lifting without losing a ton of muscle. Winstrol cutting cycles allow you to lift for an extended period and maintain that low bodyfat percentage, especially given that he "before" pics on his website demonstrate that he doesn't necessarily have a blazing metabolism ( he isn't a naturally ripped guy).

@SuperCatpuke why does everyone think you need steroids to be this fit? seriously i wanna know why you think hes on steroids after seeing this video. My guess is that your a fat slob who was never motivated to change his body therefore you think you need to cheat to look like this. If you think hes on steroids than you might as well accuse the whole NFL and NBA of using too. Dedication goes a long way....but that's something you wouldn't know about....
