Yes it will relaunch on water. It is primarily a surf kite but is perfect in all environments. It remains inflated far more than a normal flexifoil. It has special blow off valves to expel the air from the kite in a collision with the ground or water. If the kite does take on water it has an Auto Bleed System (ABS) built in that will allow water to escape from the kite. Not to mention the Jetflap technology these kite incorporate. Basically the ULTIMATE kite!!

yep it does its a flexifoil kite but differs in construction from the kites used on snow or ground
