Finnel sings this song /technically/ but my theory is that she AND Ar Ru sing this song as the same person, with Finnel singing the beginning and Ar Ru singing most of the rest. Just my thought.
And she sings it a Mocherial (or however you spell it) immediately after Saki sings Arphage.

I can use Skype but can't talk or speak in English on chat because of my poor ability.
It's the reason my translation needs to be checked.
