Since you are so young, I would recommend that you talk to a local pharmacist at a CVS, Rita Aid, or Walmart store. I have been taking vitamins since I was kid, but you want to make sure you are taking vitamins that are right for you.

I take a multi-vitamin ..Okmega 3 Fish pills that helps my skin young looking and good for my heart..and event hough the multi vitamin does have iron, I am very anemic and my doc suggested taking additional doses of it. But water is god for you. Good skin and health starts from the inside..half those skin creams don't do anything. Luv this channel and subbing!!!

You don't need a prescription to purchase prenatal vitamins. These vitamins are generally on the same shelf as vitamin E, C and any other vitamins you may need.

Whenever you purchase Vitamin E pills, make sure it says 100% natural. If it does not say that, the pills are made with a vitamin E alternative, which is not the same. The 100% natural ones are found at Walgreens and alot of different brands offer both options because the alternative is cheaper. Therefore, whatever you do, read the bottle carefully and make sure it says d-Alpha Tocopherol and 100% natural.

Don't rely on vitamins out of a bottle, you must have a healthy balanced diet as well. Also make sure to eat oily fish and eggs (including yolks!) and unsalted nuts.
