If you have the album, you would know that "Us and Them" transitions into "Any Colour You Like" BEST TRANSITION EVER.

Oh 240...we meet again. But it's pink floyd being expressed through the voice of Wayne Coyne...I guess it compensates.

@shonenwarrior9550 How astute of you to be able to deduce all that from one comment. It's just my opinion! There's no need for petty, grammatically hideous insults. You are obviously a semi-literate bumpkin.

I felt this song was just missing something that made the song truly great

@MCTheo3 you sir obviously are high -_-, well high and stupid
Amazing way of playing it. It is simplified and more raw, but the melody is that of a lullaby. A beautiful way to play it, I believe. This is the seed that Pink Floyd has planted. These guys might end up taking the cake and having a throne next to those who created this album. Simply genius.

Of course I'll always prefer the original, but the Lips did a really good job of making it their own... In a way it's almost more creative than writing their own material. When you know and love the original version it's hard to take that song and make it so different and unique... and still have it good!
Both versions are great.
