TUTORIAL - How to Play GBA ROMs from CycloDS Evolution GUI

You no longer need to use a patching program for your GBA ROMs. You can drag-and-drop GBA ROMs directly to your MicroSD, and load it from the menu. PLEASE NOTE: You still need an EZ Flash 3-in-1 to do this.

i dont understand.

you say "now you've only just to put in on the micro sd folder and load it."

but you are also saying:

"you've to buy a 'EZFlash 3 in1"...so explain pls

For the Gameboy advance ROM, you have to copy it onto the Micro SD card of your CycloDS. However, the CycloDS can't play GBA ROMs on its own, so you need to buy an EZ Flash 3-in-1 to put in the GBA slot.

That's just how it works.

OK, I'm not the most technical person out there, ... I wonder if someone could clear this up for me?

I've got a CycloDS Evolution, working fine... I really want to play Golden Sun 2 for the GBA, do I need to buy a CycloDS that fits into the GBA slot too?

Or is there some way of playing it through the CycloDS via a GBA emulator?

Can the memory card that works with the NDS Browser (Opera) work in place of the 3 in 1?? It is a memory cart that connects in the slot 2 area (gba slot)...since i think it's just memory NEEDED because the games must be sent to the slot 2 area to be played....and the memory cart accepts this and played from that area. Correct me if I am wrong. I'm getting a CycloDS next week. Didn't know that I needed a 3 in 1 at the time. Damn.......................GBA is "super cool". :-)

@AparoidX The CycloDS already patches the GBA Rom with the latest firmware and a EZ Flash in the GBA slot but I read somewhere you can add GBA CHT files but know how to turn them on how do you use GBA Cheat packs,help me out here.
