  • everyone is looking for a 'fast' way toget 'ripped'... there is no way you can get that ripped fast. It takes dedication and mental strength to push yourself through every single rep you do. You have to be determined to get stronger. I lift eveyday not just 3 or 4 days a weak but everyday of the weak. for an hour to two hours because i want it. i want to be there. and this goes with everything else in life. You have to be determined and want to be successful and success will come.

  • Does this chest workout on Monday really shows some difference.

  • If you can't do pull ups try doing negatives where you basically jump on the bar and keep your chin above the bar as long as you can or some gyms have weight assisted pull up machines

    What if we can't do any pull-ups what workout can I do, so I can do pull-ups.
