T-Mobile Shadow Custom LCARS UI Homescreen

Sick of the default T-Mobile Shadow homescreen, I made my own!

You'll need to create a new XML sheet based on the default sheet that exists on the phone. There are a few of them. You can also use programs like "homescreen creator" or similar ones to help make it easy. Keep in mind that that those programs are not exact and you'll have to play with them a lot to get your desired results.

you upload your XML sheets (with name.home.xml naming example) to your phones /Application Data/Home folder. You're going to also need Microsoft Activesync installed for windows XP. If you're on Vista then it should be recognized already. Not sure what happens with OSX or *nix (haven't tried it yet.

I learned how to do this stuff by searching the web and asking around at http://howardforums.com and http://modaco.com.

Sorry, I am not sharing this LCARS UI. Please don't hate me! I like having things that no one else has :p

I haven't noticed any difference. To be quite honest, I have never been satisfied with the batteries of every single cell phone I've had. I eventually decided to no longer give a shit and just plug it in when it needs it :p

WOOHOO figured it out! the windows folder just holds the reinstall home screens i really needed to put them in the \Application Data\Home folder

for the love of god tell me how to get my home screens to work. i use home screen builder to make them and drop them in my windows folder but still nothing. even tried renaming them as files that are already there and then copying over them
