From previous videos you may have seen the Limbo Thrusters perfomed alone. By adding a burpee and a push-up you create a new and challenging exercise that works both the anaerobic and aerobic systems. Try using this combo while perfoming a Tabata set.
A tabata set consists of 8 rounds of exercise and rest. Do the exercise for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest and you have completed 1 round. Just 7 more to go. Its the best 4 minute workout you're gonna love.
