You lot r jokers for saying that stuff about the girls, particularly Michelle!!! Theres nuthin wrong with showing ur emotions!! How many ppl can say that they had the younger generation perform their song , have Babyface and Usher perform their song and have a superstar diva devote her sng to them!!! They have accomplished a lot at a young age!! ppl should be proud of them and most importantly they should be proud of themselves!!!

Patti never did get the exposure and accolades she should have gotten over the years. She is a great fantastic singer and performer

It could be because all of the singers you named are great performers and sing well and have a "pop" sound and appeal. Patti is considered such a great because she has a wide range and on TV they way do the editing and sound it makes it sound rough. Her voice is excellent but now a days Black singers with big voices do not get exposure so what we are left with are images and protools.

Apparently, some people don't know a good voice when they hear one, as they would have you believe. It's funny that just because you don't like her voice, she can't sing? Patti is revered by those who are in the music business; and, those people who you name in your comment all love her and respect her talent. I could see if you had a musical background, then I'd respect your opinion. However, since you don't, I'll just take your comments as ill-informed, unlearned and downright ignorant.

i didn't "forget" any there's only a certain amount of space and wrote the people who i love the most. I don't think its an age thing as you well know people of all ages have been mourning my hero michael jackson. I can appreciate a good voice when i hear one and i still believe whitney's old voice is the best female voice ever. So you don't hear screaming??? I understand you like her and all but its clear she's screaming, isn't it???

Am i the only one who doesn't get why patti is considered a great singer??? She's is WAY before my time admittedly as i was born in 1990 but i really don't think thats why i don't get her as i love Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Prince and Tina Turner just to name a few nut all patti does is scream! That said i do love this woman's personality she is hella funny and down to earth but i dislike her voice. Now if Whitney still had her old voice and sang this song then i'd understand
