I was given the incredible opportunity of going on an Operation Smile Mission to Can Tho, Vietnam as a student volunteer. The mission took place from November 3-15 to mark the 20th Anniversary of Operation Smile Vietnam. It was the most amazing experience... words can not describe the emotions felt during this mission. Our team was able to give free surgery to 148 children, changing their lives forever. The kids taught me that smiles are truly the universal language.
