This is the most challenging thus far. Again, it is only as challenging as YOU make it! Great continuous circuit: jump squats 15 reps, push ups 10-20 reps, sit-ups 20-30 reps. Do the entire circuit with NO REST 4-5 times. Sorry about the vid quality won't happen again.
THIS WILL RID YOUR BODY OF FAT!!!

  • These workouts are meant for everyone. I would encourage you to try my easier ones before this one. Sounds like my video, workout 1, would be perfect for you.

    These workouts are and would be VERY effective for a lady like you.

  • Excellent...if your goal is to lose body fat, do this BEFORE cardio. 4 sets of 15 is impressive, I'll have to come with something better!!! thanks for watching

  • U might be suprised but ur being watched from the Netherlands. I want to know if there workouts are useful for a lady just like me, i mean i don't really want a six pack, but i want to lose some weight with doing home workouts, do you have any useful tips? By the time im doing these home workout of urs ill be more musculare than you. ;)

  • Tough workout. Awesome to just add sets too. Set a number to do and do it. I did this one after my cardio and I feel great!!!

    Not sure how to post here. Forgive me if I'm doing it 2x.

    Anyhow, I saw this on facebook, and went ahead and gave it a shot today after my 45 min. cardio. I did 4x15 reps. It whooped me...but it did the job quick!
