Consider that the governments and corporations are indeed in a coverup---that the spill was far worse than they told us! That is the reason for the unconstitutional militarization of the spill. Then they put dispersants in the Gulf that have resulted in grave harm. Such a narrative makes more sense than what this narrator is saying, even as we agree that a coverup has occurred.
