El documentalista belga Paul Otlet fué uno de los primero visionarios de Internet. En este vídeo se explica como, en 1934, ya intuía Internet y su uso para acceder a la documentación desde cualquier lugar.

He predicted a broadcast and retrieval system, which is visionary but not the same thing as the Internet, which is narrowcast (we can develop with each other rather than a limited spectrum of media).

seems he predicted google, wikipedia, youtube, music downloads, skype, email, windows/mac osx, multimedia, tv on demand... basically most of the stuff we have now! also is it me or does his computer design look like an original 1984 macintosh?
