Steve the key now is to maintain. If you can go a month, 2 months, a half year with not gaining, that is a huge milestone. Everyone can lose weight, hardly anyone maintains it.

Steven, You have to do what makes you feel comfortable as far as your next video, it never has to be just about weight loss , Be you my friend, here and elsewhere , you deserve to be happy just being you ! when you choose to let other's in your life they just have to accept you for who you are !
