Samba Mob on Queen Street West & Police - Samba Elegua

I was walking up Queen Street West from the theatre, and saw people milling around on the corner with drums. I waited on the opposite side of the street to see where they were going. They marched quietly up the street and assembled in front of the Scotiabank... then started playing.

Things got even more interesting when the mounted police showed up. The cop in the front gives a thumbs up to the group, and one of the horses just can't control itself...
