That's good that is. Paxman is a bit of a bully but he met his match here. Paxman had to keep the topic of conversation moving because he couldn't hold his own on a given point.

This is absolutely brilliant! I'm a big Paxman fan but he has gotten absolutely useless recently - lapsing into a lazy caricature of his former self and just shouting at people for no reason.
I'm all for more powers for the Welsh Assembly (which should replace its derogatory and deliberately placed 'Assembly' moniker and be named a true Parliament). Equally, Welsh MPs (and Scottish MPs especially) should not be allowed to vote on issues that have implications for England only.
