@123gwf "Terroristic Threat" is considered a Class D felony under Disorderly Person's conduct in California Penal code. Furthermore... there is no such thing as "2 party consent" on a residential home phone... also, when there is already a current charge and restraining order against the defendant, you need no such consent... also, even if tape isnt admissible, the threat and harassment can induce a public or plaintiff charge.
