I am from New Orleans born and raised and I never seen "gumbo" look like this!!!!

thanks I made like you but I have a litle bit of twist,instead a Crab meat I added Crab Leg and chiken instead of Oyster .came back good thank you :)

This is not why gumbo is famous. This dish would be forgotten the same day it was made. Check out Poppy's gumbo if you want to see why gumbo became famous. And you can put tomatoes in gumbo, just not like this. Stewed or peeled work well. Roux should always be at least the color of a penny if not darker. No such thig as 'instant gumbo'...fail.
