Butt/Glute Workout YoungevX

Anthony Brown & Will Early demonstrate one of YoungevX's favorite exercises for your butt and glutes. To get your butt shaped nice and strong with good muscles. This workout doesn't just get the ass muscles you always wants, but is also burns fat off the butt and glutes. So in the long run you have a nice shape to your butt.

For (Intermediate) you got 3 Sets of 10 reps with a 40 second break For (advance) you got 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps. with a 40 second break.
