I HATE pldt! yesterday all of a sudden my internet is cut off after 9 months because they stuffed up and gave my a landline number that belongs to another company! Now I have to wait for them to sort out a problem they caused that they have NO solution for. Can you imagine? Cut off without warning and without any notification or effort to fix the problem? And still they have no solution!!!! Unbelievable!
