Also, I had a question - i use the kick board but if I swim without the kick board and use my hands, I start sinking down. what is likely the problem?

Thanks Robert for all the tips! They are really helpful.
Thank you very much for you lessons. I started practicing your lessons and i hope i made little progress so far. I am 26yrs old.
The only problem i faced is while i'm floating and gliding with single breath i'm ok till certain distance. When i want to take a breath i'm failing. how to over come this ????
Thanks,
SAM

@subbu453 Hi, floating and gliding are not swiming. It is normal that when you take a breath (by raising your head) your feet will move toward the bottom of the pool. When you start kicking you should maintain enough forward thrust to stay on top of the water when you take a breath. Keep up the good work. Robert

@demonkroka Hi, sounds like your not pulling far enough with your hands through the water. That means your hands go into the water about a foot in front of your head and then you pull through all the way to your hips. When your hands are at your hips then you start bringing them out of the water. Watch the video with "arm movement". Good luck, Robert
