IMO, I think the F-18F is a better looking aircraft then the F-14. AND I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS!

@Glenforbes60 a single missile to take out one of our aircraft carriers? unless it is a nuclear warhead i doubt that any single missile would be able to do the amount of damage required to take out on of our aircraft carriers, not to mention it would have to get past a lot of defenses to even reach the distance where the carriers own weapons would be brought against it, with RAM and then CIWS, just reaching the carrier is a challenge let alone 1 missile doing that much damage

I've heard that China has built a new missle designed to take out an aircraft carrier. I wonder if a new Tomcat with an updated Phionex missle would be a good counter measure....I know I cant spell

Most of the book was shot on the last two deployments of the Tomcat on GW and Lincoln in 2005.2006.
