Firefighter Fitness - Circuit Workout #7
Here's mhanson51 and a training partner performing a series of circuit style exercises. This was a final "triple threat" conditioning circuit to finish off an already tough firefighter workout.
1st Exercise: Partner Assisted SuperBand Pack Pedals (30 sec.)
Break (15 sec.)
2nd Exercise: Alternate Partner Tire Flips (90 sec.)
Break (60 sec.)
3rd Exercise: Alternate Band Crawls With Partner (30 sec.)

These video's are awesome, i'm a PT and i just took on a firefighter as a client, he's gonna be on the receiving end of these drills on his conditioning days.
