This is a quick video on how to defragment your windows hard drive. It organizes the files in a better fashion so that your hard drive doesn't have to hop around a lot. Basically, it stores the parts of files and similar files close together. That will save wear and tear on your hard drive.

Providing training videos since last Tuesday.
