As a long time uploader of fraps and paste highlight videos I wanted to branch out a bit and try my hand at something a bit more complex. Using ideas from several videos and some of my own I created skills, kills and thrills! The video is 7:30 and the scene selection was rigorous (though to my tastes). I chose not to focus solely on "skill" clips (my skill level is hardly worth making a video about) but also scenes that were stylish or funny.

Here are the steps I took to make this video:

1.) Used replayseeker to efficiently view replays to search for clips.
2.) Recorded scenes using fraps (torrented full version)
3.) Edited the clips in Ulead Video Studio (torrented)
4.) Unhappy with the encoding options of Ulead Video Studio I rendered the vid uncompressed (19gb lol)
5.) Encoded using virtual dubmod with the Xvid codec (free program)

Thanks to mark, chad, mahmud, and jean for their suggestions and feedback regarding the editing and compilation of scenes.

Note: Resetx plays the centaur triple kill scene, Gigadeath plays the huskar, necrolyte, and meepo scenes, sakerjacks plays the dagon/cull Axe and Suave- plays the Rhasta. Every other scene is played by myself though the viewpoints vary to best show the action. There are a few clips that were recycled in this video however most people don't watch all my videos so I am sure they are new to most viewers. For example the hill fight is back and there is more to it than previously thought ^_^

@JWMSauce i think it is a fun game, you should try it out before judging. I like too how LoL's and HoN's maps look pretty excactly like the one in dota... Oh well, tro it out
