  • i'd like to think that chris martin didn't rip satch off and that we live in a fairy tale world of crazy coincidence, but that's not true. in 2002 chris martin mentioned joe satriani and then in 2008 says he's never heard of him...

  • I really do think it is quite unlikely that Chris was at his concert. Creaky Boards used that same lame claim a few months ago, which was proven wrong. I think Chris Martin is an awesome powerful vocalist, and Joe is a great guitarist, but I think he's wrong. I think it's just coincidence, and there aren't enough sequential notes for the court. I don't hate Satriani, but I don't agree with him. Just my opinion.

  • This is wrong in so many ways..

    O_O

  • eeeerrrr, i feel a bit weird looking at the guy in bed............and i cant see his hands

  • Yeah, I'm with the black guy. A lot of chord progressions are really popular and catchy and keep being used like the one in The Beatles' "Let It Be" and Bob Marley's "No Woman No Cry. And Eagle Eyed Cherry's "Save Tonight". Others are less popular and when two people use it, it seems like it was copied, although maybe it was, it happens all the time. Although it's usually called infleunce. What about The Offspring copying The Beatles' "Ob-la-di ob-la-da" in "Why Don't You Get A Job"?

  • reading your comment and stroking himself haha.

  • OMG does this guy have no modest high being upon his body? Your views (*which i nod my head up and down to) are ruined by your laying in bed routine shame really talking of sean kingston.......... lol

  • I know that this a very contreversial issue right now and i am impartial to this matter. with that being said "THIS NIGGA ALL UP IN DA BED EATIN KFC AND SMOKIN CRACK N SHIT" thanks

  • i wanna thanks you and totally agree. you have respect for both artists. their music is really different in so many ways too. theres always coincidence especially in the music business and at least someone understands that. have you heard about 5 other hipsanic bands ( long before joe) they sound exactly like his song. check it out if ya can
