AVC = anti-Hayastanci organization
AVC does not accept and/or allow Hayastancis who live outside of Hayastan to join and volunteer in Hayastan, because AVC is a gor-gor agenda only group. they dont want stancis to be able to paint themselves in a good light as AVC does with gor-gors
