One thing to notice here is when the water hits the grease fire - the fire becomes much worse - If you are frying a turkey, keep a fire extinguisher ready!

    Do NOT use WATER to put out a grease fire. Fireman have huge quantities of water to overcome the grease. Homeowners do not.
