@saltimbanki2000 In eve monpetits interview on the dvd, she says she alternates with black and white, but she likes black. Meaning her and francesca do indeed alternate!!

@saltimbanki2000 This is incorrect. Live at Fairfax was recorded over several sessions, and Isabelle was playing the White Singer when she sang on the recording. All Alegría singers, including Francesca, played both Black and White.

@saltimbanki2000 - Who on Earth has been telling you this stuff?? I'm really sorry but you're wrong! As long as their has been a Black singer in the show...EVERY PERFORMER HAS ALTERNATED THE ROLE.

@EvanOz85 No No Francesca Gagnon is the only singer of Alegría that is not Black Singer, Francesca Gagnon was only white singer. Now the Black Singer sang some songs: Kalandero, Querer and Taruka

@saltimbanki2000- Also, why do you think Isabelle sings lead on some of the songs? It's because she was playing White those nights with Francesca behind her. Have you even seen the Alegria DVD documentary? There are clips of Eve Montpetit singing the role of white singer while Francesca backs her up. Not sure where you're getting your information from.

@saltimbanki2000 - Not COMPLETELY true..when the song picks up it changes to a different performance where Francesca sang black. The Live in Fairfax CD is made up of a few different nights, and some of them she was singing black and Isabelle was singing white.
