The dance step they have in this video with bouncy moving left and right is what you might see people do at the Polish festival or disco - maybe it needs a new name. Let's call it 'Polish festival step'

This is not an oberek They are teaching a kind of hopping waltz. The oberek is a fast dance , but here the bands tend to make a waltz out of it.
