  • I sure do love watching your videos.I miss the southern life i lived down south all my life but now im in the western part of the world.Watching your videos makes me wantta go home.hey do u think you could cook up some fried green tomatoes and fried okra.Thank u and god bless you and your family.

  • I never get tired of watching grandmothers cook! And thank-you, Mrs. Carson for cooking those green beans until they are DONE! They look delicious!

  • Awsome! Reminds me of my grandmother 15-20 years ago... kitchen even has a very similar layout. Thanks for taking me back home. :)

  • She is so precious.

  • I remember sitting in the livingroom with her and Pa-Pa snapping beans watchin the braves game.....I love you Ma-Ma!

  • Very nice beans! I love this.

  • "always save your bacon drippings" I LOVE IT!!! You could cover cake in bacon and it would just make it better. :) Can I adopt her as my grandma??

  • This is a lovely version of green beans the way my grandmother in Tennessee cooked them.

  • Thank you for your recipe. I have been hunting around for one, as my Mom has been gone for 18 years, so I don't have anyone to ask. I am originally from East Tennessee and some of the recipes I have found include garlic, LOL, there was never a piece of garlic in our house!

  • awe she is just the sweetest! the best way to cook and eat the beans for sure (except my family likes a few pieces of bacon added)
