Ok... I got a question. You're method works real well on the fenders for your bike. My 250 Big Red has alot of surface cracks in the fenders... All over them, top to bottom, front to back. What would you suggest to try and reinforce the plastic so as to possibly keep it from fully breaking off? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

I have the same quad, it has pull start but the starter dosent work.
Probably just the switch...

glad to hear! sometimes I use a tiny bit of crazyglue just to hold it in place, then a nice bead of shoegoe along the break.

FiberGlass works just as good

nice job, i was thinking of trying some fiberglass mesh and resins to fix er up. Any thoughts on that? Nice video. Thanks

i always used wire to that. the plastic ties break easy.
great video! another good way to fix cracked fenders is "shoe goo" or "shoe goop". This stuff dries super hard, and works great... fixed quite a few fenders with it.
