Its disgusting to see how so many people easily misinterpreted what Dr Nelson said. Regardless of what your thoughts on him are, he stated THERE IS NO COMPENSATION, not we wont let you have compensation. Totally different. No money can make anyone feel better about what happened. But the fact remains that people just did what they thought was right at the time and that was to protect children living in the most repulsive conditions.

That's right, the authorities did what they thought was right, and in the majority of cases, it was! The children who were removed were given a chance at life they would not otherwise have had, and many of them would be dead now if they had been left in the circumstances they were in.
