Most countries in the Asia-Pacific region face problems of fresh water management and supply. This report takes a look at a community development project in Sri Lanka that brings fresh water on demand to a community that once had few choices. The project is a good example of the success that can be achieved when governments work together with people at the grassroots level to find sustainable solutions.
