Not necessarily. The fact that our bodies actually posses an endocannabiniod system would clearly suggest that further studies should be done to assess if, in fact, our bodies are predisposed to this plant, and if the consumption of it is beneficial, or even essential to maintaining homeostasis.
So, does everyone need medical marijuana? Let's just say the Jury is still out on that one.

Limited to five mm patients? This is ludicrous. Unless they are limiting the number of patients allotted penicillin, morphine, or any other medication, how can this stand as unbiased legislation?

You cant compare medical marijuana tax to furniture and car taxes, that's crazy.

people start on milk and move to beer, people start on candy cigs and move to real cigs, the argument non supporters use " its a gateway drug" is ridiculous in the fact that that applies to everything in life. i know people that have moved from planting flowers to planting trees. should we ban flowers? certain flowers hurt people you know. XDDD

@tkotommygun I cannot tell you how happy I am to hear that. There are a few people out there that are destroying our country. We don't need to worry about any other terrorist group than our own country's government officials.
