@WhiteFlightBD That's what I do, too. I can't do anything close to this, but I can at least dunk. It helped to practice on a short hoop, then work my way up to 10 ft after I got comfortable. It's all about utilizing your vertical, since increasing it is frickin' hard and takes forever to do.

Im the same way man. I cant jump off 2 feet worth a crap. I always jump off my left foot and I can get so much higher that way. What sucks is, is when they measure a legit vertical you cant take a step you jump as high as you can off 2 feet! I hate that, but Im 5'9 btw so Im not much taller than you. That was a nice dunk man!

yo nice dunk mang, i am 5'8 and i can grab rim. i did air alert and yeah it worked from net to rim. i cant dunk yet but yeah still cool. and yeah everyone jumps differently. i can only get rim off of 1 foot but 2 feet than i can barely get net.

yea it does..... im not sure how much. but u r defintely suppose 2 stay on the balls of ur feet ( ur upper foot) 4 good jump technique.

See if you see my videos I do get high enough to do it...I guess Im not use to actually doing it if that make sense....welp! Time to practice on so low goals lol

i practiced a lot on low hoops gettin it down consistantly, and doing it off vertical on a low hoop, then i started trying on 10 feet once i felt confident, then it took me a few dunk sessions to finally get it

does not allowing your heels to touch the ground affect your two footed jump much? ive only got bounce off 1 leg but am working more so on 2

everyone is different, i say just try a bunch of different workouts and see which ones get the best results for you
